List of our Valued Customers ISO 9001/2000 Organisational ChartWay back in 1970, when the country embarked on industrialization with special emphasis on basic industry, venturing entrepreneurs via, Mr. Salahuddine Al Halabi, Mr. Abdul Khader Al Halabi, and Mr. Samir Baradei, decided to establish the company by manufacturing and marketing various types of kitchen equipments, by their collective effort, hard work and team spirit, which made an imprint in the manufacturing sector.
The company undertakes a number of turnkey projects like manufacturing, erection and commissioning of entire industrial kitchens in major hotels, fast food establishments and restaurants all over the UAE. The company contributes its efforts to meet the vast requirement created by recent boom hotel and tourism industry in U.A.E. and especially in Dubai. The company has more than 200 employees working two shifts during the day time.
All kitchen equipments are manufactured according to the International Standard regulations. Al Halabi has three branches in U.A.E. The Head office has a big showroom located in Dubai. The Factory and another Showroom located in Sharjah. And the third one is located in Abu Dhabi.
Now the company is the largest industrial enterprise of its kind. The products are manufactured in accordance with the hygienic requirement of the local authorities maintaining international standard regulations with quality control system.

ORGANISATION
Al Halabi Refrigeration & Steel L.L.C. has its organisation that consists of the following: As mentioned in the previous introduction, Al Halabi is consist of three partners. The company is developing step by step with their efforts and plans. With the partners managerial experience, effective coordination and cooperation, the company can be fully controlled and developed. The Board of Directors is consist of 7 members. It is considered the decision maker of the company that function as a soul entity for the approval of the major changes, projects and proposals. The whole staff in Al Halabi are about 250. All are working according to their designation and professions.
Al Halabi Refrigeration & Steel is a manufacturer and trader of Kitchen Equipments for Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakeries, Castles and Tourism Ships. Manufactured products by Al Halabi takes 70% of the products range and 30% are imported from abroad. S/steel kitchen cabinets, work tables, sink units, racks, wall shelves, shelving units, cupboards, cabinets, salad coolers, bainmaries, bar counters, and all of its under counter units, and many more customized items according to client needs. Cooking ranges, Chinese, Continental, Mongolian, Tapanyaki, roasting ovens, Arabic style cooking equipment, barbecue, laham ajeen oven, felafel fryers, sheep roasting ovens. Electrical oven for French bread, cake, patisseries, diesel ovens, and semi & full automatic production line for Arabic bread complete with smoke, fume extraction (exhaust and fresh air inlet system) with exhaust turbines and axial exhaust system with appropriate extract CFM. Besides manufacturing products, the company imports many products from different countries like Italy, Spain, France, Turkey, UK, USA, Greece, China, Taiwan, and many others. Some of our Imported products: - Deep Fryers, Convection Ovens, Griddles, Drink Dispenser and Granita Machines. Cake, Meat, and Cheese Display chillers, Display Freezers, more and more. Major projects comes in a series of study: Site visits, site measurement, and preparation floor plan, serialize equipment. We maintain a uniform pricing policy based on material cost and overhead expense. Many customers are simply providing descriptions, specifying the kind of business they have, mentioning the caliber of their restaurants / cafeterias, Arabic, India, Continental, Chinese, and etc. In such case we can determine the appropriate equipment and provide them with different ideas in designs and the items that will suit to their needs.
Industrial Refrigeration
We, at present producing about 22 models consisting of 701 types of standard refrigeration units, besides custom built units as per the requirement in regard to dimensions and purpose of our customers.
Variety and wide range of kitchen equipments made AL HALABI known and well trusted especially when it comes to bakeries, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants, kitchens, and other establishments all over the U.A.E.
