Al Halabi has Guinness World Records certification for producing the largest shawarma machine (the Arabic version of a ‘wrap’), which consisted of 1850kg of boneless chicken. It was cooked on a shawarma grill measuring a world record 6m x 6m x 6m on 24 February 2000. The event took place in Dubai Creek and with the association of Dubai Government.
